But there’s a difference between starting an exterior cleaning company and actually knowing the business.

Triple C has been part of this industry since long before exterior cleaning became a popular side hustle on social media. We came up during a time when professional window cleaners and pressure washers around the country formed a tight-knit community, shared techniques, attended industry events, tested equipment, compared methods, and helped establish many of the professional standards still used today.

We have actively been involved in the development of the tools and methods used to make the trade safer, more efficient and better equipped since the early 2010s. This kind of expertise is crucial when hiring a company to work on your home.

We weren’t watching training videos on Instagram…

We were helping train the people making them.

Our owner / lead technician’s experience goes back more than 27 years, and Triple C itself has been serving customers for more than 16 years under the same ownership. Along the way, we’ve trained cleaners, worked with national industry associations, watched equipment and techniques evolve, and learned firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and what can go very wrong when someone doesn’t know the difference.

That experience matters.

Today, it’s surprisingly easy to buy some equipment, create a logo on ChatGPT, watch a few videos, get a loan from Daddy for some fresh new gear and call yourself an exterior cleaning expert. A slick website might even make three years sound like thirty. Its very easy to “say” you’re an expert, its an entirely different thing to back it up.

We prefer the old-fashioned approach.

Actually having the experience.

When Triple C shows up at your home, you’re getting decades of real-world knowledge behind the equipment. We know how to clean properly, how to recognize potential problems before they become expensive ones, and how to choose the right method for the surface in front of us. Our “newest” technician has been with us, full time, since 2018.

We don’t get involved in the whole ‘lawn sign war’ on every street corner, littering the whole state. We don’t need to. No slick social media videos, AI generated flyers, or millions of followers. Just quality, ‘old school’ work that speaks for itself. That makes all the difference.

Customer service… its our thing!

Iselin, NJ native Chris Cartwright learned to clean windows professionally while living on Nantucket Island in 1999. He loved working outdoors and with customers, so it was only natural that 10 years after, in late 2009, he started Triple C Pro Window Cleaning. Within the first six months, Triple C became a sought after company for exterior cleaning, and has been growing ever since!

In February of 2012, Chris met Brooklyn, NY native Nadine Kaplan (now Nadine Cartwright). They instantly “clicked” and have been together ever since 🙂

After finishing up her Masters Degree in 2014, the next logical step was that Nadine would come to work with Chris as the general manager at Triple C, turning it from a one man show into a family owned company! Ever since then, we have developed what we consider to be the best exterior cleaning service that we can offer. We have grown every year because of our attention to detail and obsession with customer service!

In the years since Chris and Nadine have not only gotten married, but have also grown the company into 2 locations in Montclair and Denville, NJ. They have also become very active members in many of the pressure washing and window cleaning industry associations. Chris is a National Instructor for the PWRA & WCRA.

In 2015 Chris & Nadine founded a very successful internet marketing agency named 462 Web Concepts. The focus of this agency was to help other like minded industry business owners grow and maintain their online presence, while offering advice on customer service and maintaining a stellar business reputation .

If you’re wondering how a small, family run company can have an awesome website like this and come up #1 everywhere on the internet, well here’s your answer… it was literally our job 🙂

In late 2018 They decided to focus their efforts entirely on Triple C, and sold their web design agency to do so. Quite honestly, the whole reason behind that is because they enjoy being out and about in the field and helping on jobs more than sitting in front of computer screens all day.

Triple C’s goal is to provide the easiest, most worry free exterior cleaning service possible. All of our technicians go through rigorous technical & service training. We spend countless dollars and time keeping up with the newest technology in order to get the job done in the fastest, most efficient and SAFEST manner possible.
